Is KiliStore a marketplace?
No. KiliStore is not a marketplace. KiliStore helps you start your online store. Unlike a marketplace, KiliStore does not list multiple businesses on one shared marketplace or market your products on your behalf. Visibility to your customers depends on your marketing skills.
Can KiliStore Website receive payments?
Yes, your customers can pay directly from the website. You can connect your store to supported payment methods such as M-Pesa or a bank card. Your payment method must be properly set up and connected before customers can pay through it.
Why do I need to connect my M-Pesa Till or Paybill?
Your M-Pesa Till or Paybill allows customers to pay for products or services directly through M-Pesa. For the integration to work, you may need to complete the required Safaricom setup and provide the required details or API credentials.
Why is my M-Pesa integration not working?
The most common reason is that the required Safaricom setup is not complete. For example, you may still be waiting for Till or Paybill approval, Daraja API credentials, or Safaricom to complete the setup. If Safaricom has not completed the process, KiliStore cannot complete the connection for you.
Can I use KiliStore if I already sell on Jumia or Kilimall?
Yes. You can use KiliStore alongside other platforms. But KiliStore is not a marketplace: you will need to market your products. KiliStore helps you build your online store but does not market on your behalf.
Can I share my KiliStore link on WhatsApp, Facebook & Instagram?
Yes. You can share your store link with customers through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other advertising channels.
Can I connect my Facebook and Instagram account?
Yes. KiliStore supports Facebook connections, so you can connect your store with your Facebook account.
How do customers find my products?
Customers can find your products through the store link you share and your own marketing channels. The more you promote your store, the more people are likely to visit it.
Can I use KiliStore if I already have a website?
Yes. KiliStore can be used as your online selling platform even if you already have another website. The important thing is deciding which platform you want customers to use for purchasing.
Why can't I access some features?
Some features may require specific setup, approvals, or may only be available on a specific plan. If a feature is missing, check whether your account has completed the required setup.
